The Sawayra roadmap is simple. The first stage is simple prototypes done at local universities and shared as open-source. Then, we move to pilot projects targeting select homes and small communities. The third stage is to translate the small successes into bigger projects with greater emphasis on local content and supply chain. Solutions are made available at subsidized pricing, as people pay off the balance, new homes and communities are targeted.
